Problem:
I get the following message:
User username is not authorized to the Import Replace feature.
See User Access
'Import - Allow Replace" authorization
System: System name
Solution:
The error message indicates that if you look at the User Access screen for the system, right-click on the system, find the user, and click on the 'Data Transfer' tab. Verify that the 'Import - Allow Replace' box is not checked. If it is not checked, a Surveyor Administrator (look in User Access at Administrator column) will have to make the change. |
