Q - Is there a way to save the User ID and Password so when you launch Surveyor/400, you do not have signon each time?
A - Each individual user will have to do the following steps:
>Click on the Swiss Army Knife icon, highlight the system
>>Click Update
>>>A new window will open where the User ID & Password fields will be blank; enter the information and click OK.
>>>>Click 'OK' at the bottom of the Configure window to close.
If you have multiple systems, you will need to highlight and follow the above steps for each.
Note: If you change your User ID or Password on the iSeries, you will need to change the setting in the Surveyor/400 Configure screen. |
