A - Linoma Software recommends that a System Administrator download Surveyor/400 from http://www.linomasoftware.com/download/index.html. The file that is downloaded is named surveyor_3XX.exe . After the download is complete, the surveyor_3XX.exe file should be placed on a shared drive that all the users can get to. Notify the users of the .exe file location and they can run it to install the Surveyor/400 client on their workstation.
