On the User Access screen for the user(s) in question, is the 'Modify Library List' box checked? If it is unchecked, the library in which the file resides must be in the user's library list. You can change their library list by Editing their User ID in the User Access screen. Click the 'Modify Library List...' button to update their accessible libraries. You could also check their 'Modify Library List' box but if you don't want them having access to other libraries then you wouldn't want to check that option.
The idea behind the 'Modify Library List' box, is that the Surveyor/400
Administrator will control the library list and the user will not be
able to access any libraries using Surveyor/400 features that are not
in the Administrator supplied library list. |
