Problem: When doing an IMPDTA the job locks up after 13000 (15000, ect. ) records and will not allow me to cancel out. What's going on?
Solution: The maximum number of records allowed for this file has been reached. You will find a message waiting to be answered in the QSYSOPR message queue. Give it an additional number of increments, whatever it will take to complete the import, then when it is finished. change the maximum number of records allowed for the file to be larger than the number of records you're going to be importing. |
