The Undelete feature is available on V5R3 and below.
On V5R4 and above IBM has restricted access to LIC storage and System State objects. At this time we have no way of fixing it on V5R4 and above.
If you get the error in red below, it means the undelete programs are not found. If you are on V5R3 or lower it means the programs are inadvertently missing.
To get these programs back you must have Library Version 3.1.4 or higher.
To check the Library Version, right-click on your iSeries and select Properties, then click on the Surveyor tab.
Library Version 3.1.4 is included with Client Version 3.5.4 or higher(Help - About menu).
If you do not have Client version 3.5.4 or higher, use Web Update to get the latest version(Help menu).
Once you have Client version 3.5.4 or higher, right-click on your iSeries and select 'Update Server'
Once you have Library Version 3.1.4 or higher, there should be a save file named SURVEYOR/UNDELSF. Restore the objects
in this save file using command RSTOBJ OBJ(*ALL) SAVLIB(SURVEYOR) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(SURVEYOR/UNDELSF).
