Posted: 03/19/04 10:41:12 AM Support Site Admin   Joined: 12 Mar 2004 Posts: 370 Location: Omaha, NE The 5250 emulator within Surveyor/400 acts as an AS/400 TELNET session. There is a value on your AS/400 which indicates the number of seconds of inactivity before a TELNET session is dropped. To change this value, prompt the AS/400 command CHGTELNA and change the Inactivity timeout to either 0 (for no limit) or to a higher number.
