How do I send the Surveyor Error Log to Customer Support?
First recreate the problem, as each time Surveyor is opened the error.log file will be cleared. Then, go to the Help menu and click on Error Log.
Right-click on the error log text and choose Select All. Right-click on the error log text a second time and choose Copy.
The final step is to paste the information in an email and send to: [url]support@linomasoftware.com[/url].
OR
Send the Error Log file located at: C:\Program Files\Linoma Software\Surveyor\error.log.
Keep in mind that every time Surveyor is opened the error.log file will be cleared. |
